All UK orders are sent 2nd class via Royal Mail. If you require first class shipping please select in shipping options.
Every MONTI is handmade to your order so allow up to two weeks lead time before shipping. If you need your order to arrive for a certain date please email email@example.com and we can see if it is possible to get your order out to you sooner.
Please allow four weeks for international orders to arrive. You will be notified via email as soon as your MONTI order has been dispatched, along with the tracking number.
All customers are responsible for any custom charges or import taxes which may incur with your delivery. Unfortunately these additional costs cannot be refunded to you. Please be sure to check for additional charges before making a purchase.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Great care is taken packaging your MONTIs. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged on arrival, a photograph of the damage is needed before a replacement can be arranged. An email will be sent to you containing necessary information with next steps.
Exchanges only offered in the UK. If you wish to exchange your order for another piece/s please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note we are not responsible for shippings costs of returned items. If you wish to exchange an item for a higher value, the difference must be paid before your new item can be dispatched.
All damaged and exchanged items must be returned within seven days of receipt with all original packaging.
Lost or Stolen
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. A claim can be filed with Royal Mail once the parcel has been declared lost or stolen. This can take up to 30 days. It is the customer's responsibility to cover shipping charges of replacement pieces.
If a package is returned to us due to a customer error (e.g. incorrect name, address or package refusal), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
